Gabrielle Rubin Deveaux recently joined Empire’s design-build services division Blueprint as the Head of Business Development and Client Relations after 16 years as an end user. She is taking her extensive knowledge of workplace and office fit outs that have spanned her career to help her clients experience a more modern and efficient way of taking on build outs.

Prior to Blueprint Gabrielle served as the Head of Global Real Estate at BuzzFeed where she procured more than 19 properties and built out 9 locations including the 200,000 sq ft NY headquarters. Gabrielle has a reputation of putting together some of the most innovative spaces in her industry. She has also led corporate real estate within the technology and media sector at SFX, Viggle and 19 Entertainment. Gabrielle started her career as an event producer at MTV and parlayed that skill set to corporate real estate when her office at American Idol was undertaking an expansion and renovation. Gabrielle raised her hand to oversee the project and has never looked back since.

An avid martial artist, Gabrielle lives in Manhattan with her wife and 2 children.
