ENTRY GUIDELINES

• Entries must be submitted in American English via the online form.
• Up to two additional attachments can be submitted as supporting materials
• Each entry must include a payment of $399 USD via Eventbrite (credit cards accepted)
• Multiple entries are accepted. More than one category may be entered for the same project/products/ service – a separate entry form is required for each submission
• You may submit nominations on behalf of other organizations (vendors or operators)

The deadline is set at 12:00pm EST, 26 February 2021 (Friday). Please ensure that completed entries and full payment are received by this time.

There is no limit to the number of entries permitted from a single organization. You can submit multiple entries to multiple categories. Each entry submitted is liable to a separate entry fee.

This cost is US$399 for each entry, per category, where applicable via Eventbrite.

● Most major cards are accepted. Multiple entries from a single organization can be paid for in one transaction.

● Entries will not be processed until full payment has been received.

● Entries will be judged by an independent judging panel on the basis of the information provided on the entry forms.
● Judges may not review applications where an evident conflict of interest is known.
● At the judges’ discretion, an entry may be transferred from one category to another if this is deemed more appropriate.

Winners will be announced during the NEDAS Virtual Symposium on September 9, 2020.
● Winners will NOT be notified prior to the presentation ceremony

By submitting an entry to the Excellence in Network Convergence Awards 2020, you authorize NEDAS to use your company’s name, title of your submission and associated category you are submitting your entry for the purposes of promoting the Awards and in NEDAS presentations.

All entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the Award winners entries will be published.

We do not provide refunds for any canceled entries.
